What to include
Include the account email, the page or action that failed, the time it happened, and what you expected to happen. For billing questions, include the plan and charge date if available.
Do not send raw prayer text, payment card numbers, passwords, or highly sensitive personal details in support email. Describe the issue without copying private prayer content when possible.
Generated brief concerns
If a morning brief feels inaccurate, generic, or poorly matched to your prayer, use the in-product feedback controls where available. Support can help with product behavior, but generated devotional text should still be treated as reflective aid rather than authority.
Privacy, export, and deletion
For export, account deletion, memory controls, or privacy questions, start with the Privacy page and then email support if the in-product control you need is unavailable.
Pastoral and crisis boundaries
Morning Shepherd support is product support. It is not pastoral care, therapy, medical advice, emergency response, or a crisis line. If you may harm yourself or someone else, call emergency services or a local crisis line immediately.
