Current launch status
Morning Shepherd still uses invite-based account access. Signed-in active users can choose Personal or Guided through self-serve billing; new users need an invite before plan selection.
Cancellation expectations
You should be able to cancel before the next renewal through the billing portal or by contacting support. A cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically erase your prayer journal or generated history.
If the billing portal is unavailable or your account state looks wrong, email support before the renewal date when possible.
Refund expectations
Refund requests are reviewed through support. Include the account email, the plan, the charge date, and a short description of what happened. Do not send prayer entries, card numbers, or sensitive spiritual details in the support email.
Approved refunds may depend on processor timing, plan history, account use, and whether the request concerns a duplicate charge, mistaken upgrade, failed cancellation, or service availability issue.
Plan changes
Personal and Guided are designed around the same private nightly prayer and morning brief rhythm. Access updates based on the active subscription state shown on the account.
